This study aims to examine the structural relationship of work-related well-being formed by cultural intelligence and knowledge sharing. The study also aimed to investigate the mediating effect of innovative work behaviour on the relationship of cultural intelligence, and knowledge sharing on work-related well-being. The results found that cultural intelligence and knowledge sharing partially influence both directly and indirectly positively on work-related well-being. Innovative work behaviour partially mediates the relationship between cultural intelligence, entrepreneurial leadership, and knowledge sharing on work-related well-being. Universitas Negeri Padang should pay attention to developing work-related well-being by organising interdisciplinary seminars and workshops, encouraging open communication between employees so that Tendik employees fully attach their thoughts, emotions and behaviours to work life.
