Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of employee training transfer through the role of supervisor support at PT Mekar Armada Jaya and to identify the factors that support and hinder training transfer. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. The study involved five informants selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that training transfer has occurred through the application of knowledge and skills in performing work tasks, the dissemination of knowledge to team members, as well as post-training evaluation and follow-up. Meanwhile, factors hindering training transfer include time constraints and operational demands, consistency in applying training outcomes, and gaps between theoretical training materials and actual working conditions.
