Abstract

Digital transformation can improve teachers’ efficiency, but disconnected platforms and frequent interruptions may fragment working time. This study examines the effects of Digital Platform Integration and Time Fragmentation on Sustainable Teacher Performance, with Green Behavior as a mediator and Work Motivation as a moderator. A quantitative survey was conducted among teachers in five public senior high schools in South Jakarta. From 120 questionnaires distributed, 119 usable responses were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Digital Platform Integration positively affected Green Behavior and Sustainable Teacher Performance, while Time Fragmentation negatively affected both outcomes. Green Behavior positively affected Sustainable Teacher Performance and partially mediated both relationships. Work Motivation positively affected Sustainable Teacher Performance directly but did not moderate either relationship. The findings emphasize integrated digital systems, protected work time, and green work practices rather than relying on motivation alone.
