This study examines the implementation of the Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade Philippines (BGBP) program at Loakan Baptist Church Christian Education Center (LBCCEC), with a focus on its effectiveness in promoting student discipline and character development. Utilizing a qualitative research design, the researcher identified key challenges, including inconsistent lieutenant training, limited stakeholder engagement, generic program activities, and resource constraints. Through interviews with 16 officers, the research uncovered systemic gaps that hinder the program’s capacity to achieve its objectives. The findings underscore the importance of coordinated leadership, stakeholder involvement, and continuous evaluation in strengthening extracurricular initiatives. Recommendations are provided to guide the BGBP’s ongoing development, emphasizing the need for clear accountability, sustainable partnerships, and adaptive program management.
