Abstract

The development of information technology in the public sector encourages government agencies to implement digital systems in the management of personnel administration, one of which is through the Personnel Information System (SIKEP). The use of SIKEP is expected to be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employees' work in managing administrative data. This article aims to analyze the use of SIKEP in supporting the performance of employees in the personnel section at the Cirebon District Court Class IB and identify obstacles that occur in its use. The method used is qualitative descriptive through direct observation and communication with related parties. The results of the study show that employees have been able to use SIKEP well, but there are still obstacles in the form of system errors, access delays, and server interference when used simultaneously.
