Abstract

The present study addressed two research questions: first, to develop a post-traumatic growth program, and second, to test its effectiveness using a sequential exploratory research design. In the second phase, results indicated no statistically significant differences in outcomes, either between or within groups. The limitations of the study were clearly outlined, along with specific recommendations to guide future replications and refinements. By prioritizing growth and resilience, this intervention contributes meaningfully to the fund of knowledge in positive psychology, psychotraumatology, and clinical psychology, advancing trauma care beyond symptom reduction toward holistic recovery.
